The one to make up for being away

Oh how I hate that dirty little word.... hiatus.

I would rather just disappear for monthes than say "Hey, world, I'm going to be gone for I while. Please feed the cat while I'm gone." I guess I never want to admit that I really just am too busy to blog. Or maybe I am afraid that if I go on... hiatus... people will expect my blog to be not updated. Or worse yet, they might think that I have just forgotten about it. *shutter*

But never fear!! I will NEVER close my blog, unless I am moving it to another URL.

I suppose you are all wondering what I have been up to the past month?? Oh yeah, besides Christmas.

We only SOLD our house. BOUGHT a new house towards Green Bay, Wisconsin. Cleaning like a mad woman (seriously!) to get the old house pretty for showing. Packing everything I can think of this far in advance. AND taking cares of the two munchkins.

The closing date is Jan. 26. So I might be on... hiatus... until then, or a little after. I will try to post here and there to try and update with what is going on. But I can't promise that I will be able to read any blogs. And that makes me very sad.

However! To pacify the masses, I have updated Flickr and you can also check out my auctions on E-bay.

Lots o Love.

Welcome back!
Was starting to get worried about you a bit.
Congrats on the sale/purchase of your homes.
Abbi is getting so big, she's a cutie & Mark too.
Don't worry about being on hiatus. We'll keep checking in and when you're not so busy post again.
Take care & good luck with the move!

Congrats on selling the house! I wish we could sell ours, but there's so many houses for sale right now that we don't have a chance.

Good luck with the move! :)

I seem to go on a haiatus about every other week, and sometimes for a month apparently! Life is just...life, and we bloggers (especially mommy bloggers) are allowed to have one after all. :) Good luck with it all...it's exciting and stressful all at once, isn't it? Sending good vibes and looking forward to your next update...

Congratulations on selling your house, and getting a new one at the same time, that's a lot!

Welcome back. Selling a house is such a pain in the butt. You forget how painful it is (kind of like childbirth) until you are in the middle of it and there is nothing to do but push on through. Sounds like it will be a good move and don't worry about the hiatus, although it is a little hard coming back from one.
