I hear ya! It's unusually cold here for this time of year so I'm getting a head start on the dry, flaky skin.
I get dry skin in the winter too. Especially on my hands. But my skin is also oily. I have the dreaded combination skin. It's like schizo skin or something.
Even in California it gets really dry in the winter. Thank goodness for Aveeno!
